7. Select **OAuth2 Client Credentials Grant** as the Authentication Method.
 
a. Enter the **Client ID** and **Client Secret** retrieved from Netskope.
 
b. Select **Test Connection** to ensure Microsoft Entra ID can connect to Netskope User Authentication.
c. If the connection fails, ensure your Netskope User Authentication account has Admin permissions and try again.
